Our first four employee resource groups (ERGs) were selected via companywide vote and are spaces that celebrate Black, Asian American and Pacific Islander, LGBTQIA+, and women team members. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) help team members feel more comfortable being their authentic selves at work and provide professional development opportunities for those who actively participate.
