Hop Valley Brewing Company was founded in 2009 in Springfield Oregon, a site that once was the epicenter of the hop growing world. Today, Oregon produces 17% of the country's hops just north of our brewery, allowing us to source this key beer ingredient from farm to tank in less than 1 hour.
