Let's drink to St. Florian and the hero in all of us! In the face of danger, firefighters turn to St. Florian for protection. Our very own fire captain-brewmaster suffered only minor burns while on the job at one unfortunate fire scene. Our family gives a thumbs-up of gratitude to St. Florian for safeguarding our hero from worse consequences. Others aren't always as lucky. We have taken that fateful night as a sign to pursue our dreams and open St. Florian's Brewery.
