3-Ingredient Chocolate Bark for the Holidays
Homemade holiday bark is an easy-yet-thoughtful gift for everyone from your sister, to your neighbor, to your best friend. Made with creamy Baker’s Baking Chocolate, we topped our bark with crushed peppermint candy canes for a seasonal treat and built an eye-catching marble mix with toasted coconut, cranberries and pistachios. All in less than one hour, you can have a dessert sweet enough to serve at any holiday party, or simply to treat your family and friends to a taste of the holidays.
Holiday Bark
Ingredients
Peppermint Bark- 8 oz Baker’s Baking Dark Chocolate
- 8 oz Baker’s Baking White Chocolate
- 3 tbsp peppermint candy canes, crushed
- 8 oz Baker’s Baking Dark Chocolate
- 3 oz Baker’s Baking White Chocolate
- 3 tbsp dried cranberries
- 3 tbsp pistachios
- 3 tbsp toasted coconut
Directions
Peppermint Bark- Melt the Baker’s Baking Dark Chocolate by placing a heat-resistant bowl over a pot of boiling water. Add the dark chocolate into the bowl and stir until fully melted.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the dark chocolate onto the sheet. Using a spatula, spread the dark chocolate until evenly distributed. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Melt the Baker’s Baking White Chocolate over the pot of boiling water and stir until fully melted.
- Using a spatula, spread the white chocolate evenly over the cooled dark chocolate.
- Sprinkle crushed pieces of peppermint candy canes over the white chocolate.
- Freeze for 20 minutes, then break into small pieces and enjoy!
- Melt the Baker’s Baking Dark Chocolate by placing a heat-resistant bowl over a pot of boiling water. Add the dark chocolate into the bowl and stir until fully melted.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the dark chocolate onto the sheet. Using a spatula, spread the dark chocolate until evenly distributed.
- Melt the Baker’s Baking White Chocolate over the pot of boiling water and stir until fully melted.
- With a spoon, add dollops of white chocolate across the dark chocolate. Using a toothpick, swirl the two chocolates together to create a marble pattern.
- Sprinkle the cranberries, pistachios and toasted coconut over the chocolate.
- Freeze for 20 minutes, then break into small pieces and enjoy!
