You got this. We can help.

LadderUp is an 8-week accelerator program that provides capital, e-commerce-focused education, and mentorship to help small businesses thrive in an evolving marketplace.

By applying to LadderUp, you agree to LadderUp Application Terms and Conditions and Shipt Privacy Notice.

Small businesses build thriving communities.

We believe in small businesses and their value to our communities. After all, Shipt was once a small business itself. And we understand the challenges they face, from changing technology to evolving consumer needs. That’s why Shipt LadderUp provides small businesses with the financial support, access to e-commerce, and technical assistance they need to thrive.

Here’s what’s in store for you.

E-commerce education

Learn about e-commerce customer service, systems that build efficiency, supply chain management, and online marketplaces and delivery.

Financial support

Upon completion of the program, you’ll receive a one-time, $5,000 grant. If it makes sense for both you and Shipt, we’ll bring you onto the Shipt Marketplace as a retailer, allowing your customers access to online shopping and delivery services. We’ll even waive the retailer fee for the first six months.

Business and financial education

Learn from industry experts how to build a strong financial foundation, acquire customers, manage inventory using the newest processes, and excel at digital marketing.

Mentorship

Learning doesn’t end in the classroom. Get answers to your questions from our industry experts during mentor office hours.
